El primer viaje fue de Calgary a Toronto del 28 de julio al 3 de agosto, ida y vuelta por 329,00 CAD. El segundo viaje fue de Calgary a Fredericton del 12 al 19 de agosto, ida y vuelta por 397,72 CAD. I did three cruises in 2024, so cheap. 
​Hice tres cruceros en 2024, muy baratos.I found great deals again on all three cruises. First one 13 day New York USA to South Hamton, England all inclusive $1,341.26 April 29 to May 13 then on the same cruise ship I stayed on but did not buy it from them found a better deal with Vacations Togo, could have got it for as low as $322 but because I was solo they charged a little over double $686.33 still not bad. So, it was from South Hamton England to Copenhagen Denmark May 13 to May 22.
The third cruise was from about an hour and a half outside of Rome I took the local bus from the airport to the port for $5 Euro I herd a lot of people were paying between $75 to $150 Euro, 21-day cruise from Rome to Miami started October 27 to November 17.
I learned so much about cruising could not believe how cheap it was and it’s like staying at a 5-star resort, talking to a lot of cruising people I got a better deal than they did, guess it’s my experience of traveling.   

My third and last cruise of 2024. Now home sweet home, back in Playa Del Carmen Mexico. Another amazing cruise I met a lot of amazing people on my travels. I'm travel lucky again today I went to the airport really early had no choice have to get off the ship the lady told me my flight was going to be delayed till 3:30 PM. I asked if they had an earlier flight and she said yes I took the last seat again and free of charge she changed it for me. so it gave me enough time to have a late lunch in Playa or maybe it's my blogging card you get a lot of perks if you're a travel, blogger. On the cruise I got a great deal plus I got balcony instead of inside for the price of a inside cabin. Lucky me.

​Volví a encontrar excelentes ofertas en los tres cruceros. Primero, un crucero de 13 días de Nueva York, EE. UU., a South Hamton, Inglaterra, todo incluido, por $1341.26, del 29 de abril al 13 de mayo. Luego, en el mismo crucero en el que me alojé, pero no lo compré con ellos, encontré una mejor oferta con Vacations Togo. Podría haberlo conseguido por tan solo $322, pero como iba solo, me cobraron un poco más del doble, $686.33; aun así, no está mal. Así que, el viaje fue de South Hamton, Inglaterra, a Copenhague, Dinamarca, del 13 al 22 de mayo. El tercer crucero partió aproximadamente a una hora y media de Roma. Tomé el autobús local del aeropuerto al puerto por 5 euros. Escuché que mucha gente pagaba entre 75 y 150 euros. El crucero de 21 días de Roma a Miami comenzó del 27 de octubre al 17 de noviembre. Aprendí muchísimo sobre cruceros; no podía creer lo barato que era. Es como alojarse en un resort de 5 estrellas. Hablé con muchos viajeros y conseguí un mejor precio que ellos. Supongo que es mi experiencia viajando.
Tercer y último crucero del 2024. Hogar, dulce hogar, de vuelta en Playa del Carmen, México. Otro crucero increíble. Conocí a mucha gente increíble. Hoy he tenido suerte otra vez viajando. Llegué al aeropuerto muy temprano; no tuve más remedio que bajar del barco. La señora me dijo que mi vuelo se retrasaría hasta las 3:30 p. m. Pregunté si tenían un vuelo anterior y me dijo que sí. Volví a tomar el último asiento y me lo cambió sin coste alguno. Así que tuve tiempo suficiente para comer algo tarde en Playa del Carmen, o quizás sea mi tarjeta de blogger; si eres un bloguero de viajes, tienes muchas ventajas. En el crucero conseguí una gran oferta, además, me dieron un camarote con balcón en lugar de interior, por el precio de uno interior. ¡Qué suerte la mía!

7Valencia Spain one day after the big flood.  ​Valencia España un día después de la gran inundación.October 31 2024. Very devastating in Valencia Spain, now with over 140 deaths confirmed and many more missing. I arrived on my cruise ship today in Valencia one day after the devastating storm, one years worth of rain in less than eight hours, does not look like the tourists area got hit that hard. I did my daily walk and saw some homeless encampments, lucky they did not get hit too hard in the city. The past year, I think I've been to about 10 countries and we all have the same problems, homelessness , the price of food, the price of gas. Prayers for the world. No Internet or phone for the next couple of days unless I get reception from Spain or even Morocco. I have a great European Sim card that surprises me that works in some places. #valencia #spain #cruise

Llueve lo mismo que un año entero en menos de ocho horas. No parece que la zona turística haya sido tan afectada. Hice mi paseo diario y vi algunos campamentos de personas sin hogar; por suerte, no fueron demasiado afectados en la ciudad. El año pasado, creo que he estado en unos diez países y todos tenemos los mismos problemas: la falta de vivienda, el precio de la comida y el de la gasolina. Oremos por el mundo. Sin internet ni teléfono durante los próximos días, a menos que tenga cobertura de España o incluso de Marruecos. October 30 2024 Brings back memories Barcelona. I remember backpacking 18 countries around the world by plane about 20 years ago. The Hostels back then were about $10-$12 a night. October 25 2024 My third cruise 2024, still can't believe I got a balcony at the price of an inside cabin plus a 21 day cruise for only $778.00 solo.  I'm such a lucky cruiser, and I just started cruising, this is my third cruise this year. I'm at the Calgary airport waiting for my flight to Rome. Today I finally read my itinerary and noticed that I got a balcony and I paid for inside single so I called Vacations To Go and they told me that NSC upgraded me and this is my first time ever on this cruise MSC the manager said it's probably because I took so long to respond like two weeks ago. They probably didn't have any more inside suites. So as you can see, this is about $1000 upgrade so far, my Cruise friends I was thinking of negotiating an inside as long as they give me the Wi-Fi/drinks and a couple of restaurants do you think that will work?

 25 de octubre de 2024 Mi tercer crucero de 2024, todavía no puedo creer que conseguí un camarote con balcón al precio de uno interior, además de un crucero de 21 días por solo $778.00 viajando solo. Soy una crucerista con mucha suerte, y acabo de empezar a viajar en crucero; este es mi tercer crucero este año. Estoy en el aeropuerto de Calgary esperando mi vuelo a Roma. Hoy por fin leí mi itinerario y me di cuenta de que tengo un camarote con balcón, cuando pagué por uno interior individual, así que llamé a Vacations To Go y me dijeron que MSC me había dado una mejora de categoría. Es la primera vez que viajo con esta compañía, MSC, y el gerente me dijo que probablemente fue porque tardé mucho en responder, como hace dos semanas. Probablemente ya no les quedaban camarotes interiores. Como ven, es una mejora de categoría de unos $1000. Amigos cruceristas, estaba pensando en negociar un camarote interior a cambio de que me incluyan el Wi-Fi, las bebidas y un par de restaurantes. ¿Creen que funcionará?

May 22 2024 My final destination, Copenhagen, Denmark also did another city in Denmark three days ago called Aarhus after 23 days of cruising I still will not be relaxing another over 23,000 steps again today. Belfast Ireland tomorrow for six days. I left the ship around 9 AM after taking the bus and the subway to my hotel, I arrived at the hotel about 11 AM and I asked the guy if I can store my luggage, he said no your room is ready so I checked in went out right away stopped in a couple of high-end hotels where I saw people from the ship, not getting their rooms are not allowing to store their luggage, I only talk to a few people and they said they didn't have storage for them, I noticed also at the ship a big lineup to get a taxi with no taxis available. Don't think they're ready for 3000 people getting off the ship. Lucky for Google Maps shows you what public transportation to take. This will be another country. I will visit again.
22 de mayo de 2024 Mi destino final, Copenhague, Dinamarca, también visité otra ciudad en Dinamarca hace tres días, llamada Aarhus. Después de 23 días de crucero, todavía no voy a descansar; hoy volveré a caminar más de 23.000 pasos. Mañana iré a Belfast, Irlanda, durante seis días. Salí del barco alrededor de las 9 de la mañana y, después de tomar el autobús y el metro hasta mi hotel, llegué sobre las 11 de la mañana. Le pregunté al recepcionista si podía guardar mi equipaje, me dijo que no, que mi habitación ya estaba lista, así que hice el check-in y salí enseguida. Pasé por un par de hoteles de lujo donde vi a gente del barco a la que no les daban sus habitaciones ni les permitían guardar su equipaje. Solo hablé con algunas personas y me dijeron que no tenían consigna. También noté en el puerto una larga fila para coger un taxi, pero no había ninguno disponible. Creo que no estaban preparados para que 3000 personas bajaran del barco. Por suerte, Google Maps te muestra qué transporte público tomar. Este será otro país que visitaré de nuevo.

May 21 2024. Germany, two cities Warnemumde (Rostock) and Kiel of course, other cities on the train. Another great country to visit. A little less English than the other countries I've visited, but still easy to get around. I was going to take the train from Kiel to Hamburg first thing this morning but it looked like rain, it ended up being really nice. I will be back to Germany to see more. Final destination on the ship tomorrow in Copenhagen. Denmark, then off to Belfast Ireland for a week before I head back to Canada. This cruising thing has been an amazing experience.

Se habla un poco menos de inglés que en otros países que he visitado, pero aun así es fácil moverse. Iba a tomar el tren de Kiel a Hamburgo a primera hora de esta mañana, pero parecía que iba a llover; al final hizo un tiempo estupendo. Volveré a Alemania para ver más cosas. Mi destino final en el crucero es Copenhague mañana. Después, iré a Belfast, Irlanda, durante una semana antes de regresar a Canadá. Esta experiencia de crucero ha sido increíble.​

May 19 2024.  Yesterday I was in Oslo Norway, couldn't post anything because I don't have Wi-Fi on the ship. I'll post some things today as now I am in Aarhus, Denmark I will post Denmark after my final destination in Copenhagen Denmark. Norway was beautiful again hitting 22 Celsius sunny skies all day. Next couple of days heading to German.

May 16 2024  Leaving Amsterdam soon heading to Oslo, Norway. Did over 22,000 steps again today. Walking through Central then took the free ferry over to North Amsterdam, where it's more calm. Ran into four older guys riding their bicycles around Europe from Vancouver Island, Canada. I let them know. I have my good friend Stephanie van Hoeijen from Holland/Netherlands starting her bike ride across Canada on Vancouver Island. She's an amazing traveller on her own time. We met when I drove from Calgary to Panama three Dutch people that are voting me for anything I wanted to do lol... No Wi-Fi for the next day and a half. Because my cruise is so cheap they won't let me buy the package. Just learning this cruise life. Just amazing how they get around in Amsterdam by bicycle rush-hour. I did not do the swing and the roller coaster. I didn't have enough time. My ship is gonna leave. There will be a next time in Amsterdam.
Love Amsterdam Holland/Netherlands. As a traveler, I have a good feeling for this country. I will be back to explore it all. My Calgary friend Lisbeth Weis and I did the Canal tours. We did not do the hop on hop off bus tour as it was sold out. I did not post Belfast because I will be back there May 23 after my cruises
16 de mayo de 2024. Pronto saldré de Ámsterdam rumbo a Oslo, Noruega. Hoy volví a caminar más de 22.000 pasos. Caminé por el centro y luego tomé el ferry gratuito a Ámsterdam Norte, donde hay más tranquilidad. Me encontré con cuatro hombres mayores que estaban recorriendo Europa en bicicleta desde la Isla de Vancouver, Canadá. Se lo comenté. Mi buena amiga Stephanie van Hoeijen, de Holanda/Países Bajos, va a empezar su viaje en bicicleta por Canadá en la Isla de Vancouver. Es una viajera increíble. Nos conocimos cuando viajé en coche de Calgary a Panamá con tres holandeses que me apoyaban en todo lo que quería hacer, jajaja... No tendré Wi-Fi durante el próximo día y medio. Como mi crucero es tan barato, no me permiten comprar el paquete de internet. Estoy aprendiendo cómo funciona esto de los cruceros. Es increíble cómo se mueven en Ámsterdam en bicicleta durante la hora punta. No me subí al columpio ni a la montaña rusa. No tuve tiempo suficiente. Mi barco está a punto de zarpar. Ya habrá otra oportunidad para visitar Ámsterdam.
Me encanta Ámsterdam, Holanda/Países Bajos. Como viajera, tengo una muy buena impresión de este país. Volveré para explorarlo por completo. Mi amiga Lisbeth Weis, de Calgary, y yo hicimos los recorridos por los canales. No hicimos el tour en autobús turístico (hop on hop off) porque estaba agotado. No publiqué nada sobre Belfast porque volveré allí el 23 de mayo después de mis cruceros.

Now back in Belgium twice within four days on the same ship. May 11th I went to an old city called Bruges today May 15th I went to a more modern city Knokke-Heist with a beach that goes for miles on the tram (train). A little cooler and rainy this time around, but still nice. Tomorrow back to Amsterdam then one day on sea over to Norway for my first time.
De vuelta en Bélgica por segunda vez en cuatro días, en el mismo barco. El 11 de mayo fui a una ciudad antigua llamada Brujas, y hoy, 15 de mayo, fui a una ciudad más moderna, Knokke-Heist, con una playa que se extiende por kilómetros, a la que se llega en tranvía (tren). Esta vez hizo un poco más de frío y llovió, pero aun así estuvo bien. Mañana regreso a Ámsterdam y luego un día de travesía en barco hasta Noruega, mi primera vez allí.

May 14 2024 Time to travel alone again. My friends and the people I met are all gone their own different ways and countries. While in Halifax, I saw this amazing deal on Vacations To Go cannot believe 95% off $322 USD. I got lucky and had the last ticket to go nine more sailing days three are the same places that I've been to on the way to Southampton, England that is where the new journey begins. Spent the day in Southampton yesterday now back in La Havre France. I have no connection to the world other than being that port as they can add extras on my deal no Wi-Fi or phone unless I'm at the port.
14 de mayo de 2024. Es hora de viajar sola de nuevo. Mis amigos y la gente que conocí se han ido cada uno por su lado, a diferentes países. Estando en Halifax, vi esta increíble oferta en Vacations To Go, ¡no puedo creerlo, un 95% de descuento, a solo 322 dólares! Tuve suerte y conseguí el último billete para nueve días más de navegación; tres de los destinos son los mismos a los que fui de camino a Southampton, Inglaterra, que es donde comienza el nuevo viaje. Pasé el día de ayer en Southampton y ahora estoy de vuelta en Le Havre, Francia. No tengo conexión con el mundo exterior, salvo cuando estoy en el puerto, ya que pueden añadir extras a mi paquete; no tengo Wi-Fi ni teléfono a menos que esté en el puerto.

May 7 2024 After crossing the Atlantic for five days, we are now in Dublin heading to Belfast tomorrow morning. Day three crossing the Atlantic it was really rough on me so I took a couple of motion pills in the afternoon at dinner time there was a solo group I attend having dinner I almost fell asleep at the table after having a couple glasses of wine with dinner. Made it to my room slept over 13 hours straight without waking up had no idea what happened. I read the directions on the pills the next day it said do not mix alcohol while taking these pills. I still can't believe the deal. I got on my next cruise on the same ship. $686 USD That's for double travel partner it would be half of that. Unbelievable. Looks like i'll be cruising for years to come.

El tercer día de la travesía fue muy duro para mí, así que me tomé un par de pastillas para el mareo por la tarde. A la hora de la cena, estaba cenando con un grupo con el que viajaba y casi me quedo dormido en la mesa después de tomar un par de copas de vino. Llegué a mi camarote y dormí más de 13 horas seguidas sin despertarme; no tenía ni idea de lo que había pasado. Al día siguiente leí las instrucciones de las pastillas y decía que no se debía mezclar alcohol con ellas. Todavía no me lo puedo creer. Conseguí un precio increíble para mi próximo crucero en el mismo barco: 686 dólares estadounidenses. Eso es para dos personas, así que sería la mitad por persona. ¡Increíble! Parece que voy a estar haciendo cruceros durante muchos años.

May 1 2024, Sitting in Halifax, I have a layover in Europe for two weeks just found a great deal on the same boat. I can continue from Southampton England to Copenhagen, Denmark. $322 USD I have to double that because I'm going single. That's why I don't plan always finding deals.

Made three trips this summer and they call this high season. Check out this Zoom on how I found these deals.  First trip Calgary to Toronto July 28th to August 3rd returns CAD $329.00 second trip Calgary to Fredericton August 12th to the 19th CAD $397.72 return, the third trip was Calgary to Cancun my second home August 26 to September 5th for CAD $365.20 so for a total of CAD $1,092.35. For three trips. Yes it was for UltraBasic thanks to my new WestJet master card I did not have to pay for my checked bag and five out of the six flights I ended up in the emergency seat, don’t know if it was because they cost more and they were available or maybe because I’m a travel blogger and I hand them my card when I check in. What do you think? One problem with getting these great deals is you get NO miles or points. At these prices I don’t mind at all. Un inconveniente de conseguir estas ofertas es que no acumulas millas ni puntos. Pero a estos precios, no me importa en absoluto.
